The human recourse layer

Fix stablecoin
payments fairly.

Finné records why a payment happened, gives both sides a fair case, and carries out the correction through the rails already in place.

The chain records that money moved.

Finné records why.

01 / The gap

Stablecoins shipped without a dispute system.

$300 paid.
$100 challenged.
Zero process.

A creator in Manila delivers three videos and gets paid in USDC. A month later, the platform says one breached policy and wants part of the payment back.

On a card rail there is a dispute process. On a stablecoin rail, the platform either eats the loss or claws back unilaterally.

The person paid gets no shared evidence, no response window, and no way to contest the claim.

Finality solved the transfer.

It did not solve
what happens after.

The chain can prove that money moved. It cannot explain why someone was paid, whether the work was accepted, or what should happen when the two sides disagree.

02 / The product

A clean process around irreversible money

Finné sits beside the payment,
never inside it.

Software that plugs into the payer's records and the chain. It gives every payment context before anything goes wrong, then turns a disagreement into a clear, reviewable case.

02

Case

Open the record.

Both sides see the same claim and evidence, with notice and a real window to respond.
03

Decision

Keep judgment human.

The platform's own reviewer decides with Finné's tooling. Finné records who decided and why.
04

Resolution

Carry out the correction.

A voluntary refund, agreed reserve, or future payout adjustment runs through the systems already in place.
03 / A fair case

One shared record

No silent clawback.
A right of reply.

A challenged payment becomes a case both sides can understand. Allegations, evidence, replies, deadlines, and the final reason live together—not across inboxes and spreadsheets.

Important

Finné helps the adjudicator. It never becomes the adjudicator.

04 / The path

Start read-only.
End as the network.

The first product needs no permission to move money. Each step adds a stronger recourse layer without replacing the payment rail.

01

Proof agent

Receipts and anomaly flags for every payout.

02

Case room

One shared evidence record per disagreement.

03

Human decision

The platform reviewer decides on the record.

04

Correction

A precise instruction to an existing payment system.

05

Protected payouts

Reserves, escrow, netting and delayed release.

06

Recourse network

A fair process that works across companies.

05 / Principles

Infrastructure with a point of view

Fast money still needs
fair process.

01

Human judgment stays human.

Finné equips the platform's reviewer with a complete record; it never replaces them with an AI judge.

02

Evidence before opinion.

What was promised, delivered, accepted, and paid is recorded before a dispute distorts the story.

03

Neutral to the rail.

No payment rail should be the sole judge of its own payments. Finné works beside the systems already used.

04

Protection without custody.

Start read-only. Add reserves, escrow, and netting only where a payout needs a safety margin.

What Finné is not

Not an issuer · wallet · exchange · payroll company · rail replacement · transaction reverser · AI judge · lender

Every rail in history grew a recourse layer. Cards took twenty years to get chargebacks. Stablecoins settle billions today with none.

We got burned first

Paid in stablecoins.
Money short.
Nowhere to appeal.

We have both worked with clients across the internet, been paid in stablecoins, and been burnt. Finné is the process we wished had existed.
